Reporting to the After Sales Manager, you will provide outstanding customer service, and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. Your role will include:
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer facing role. Previous experience in the automotive industry is beneficial, but not essential. You must be well organised, able to work well under pressure, passionate about customer care, possess a good telephone manner and be computer literate. Holding a full clean UK Driving Licence would be an advantage.
