Oakmere Mazda are delighted to announce its sponsorship of British rower and Olympic gold medallist Matt Langridge. Northwich-based Matt was part of Team GB’s gold winning men’s eight rowing team at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
As part of the sponsorship, Oakmere Mazda handed over the keys to a popular Mazda3 hatchback, allowing the local champion to attend his public appearances and training sessions in comfort and style! Matt is now the proud owner of a stylish Mazda3 2.0 SE-L Nav in white for the four-month sponsorship period, providing him with all the practicality and style he was after.
Matt Langridge, Olympic Gold Medallist, said, “After returning home to Northwich after the Olympic Games in Rio, I knew I needed to find a suitable vehicle to help me get around. After being offered sponsorship from Oakmere Mazda, I was instantly drawn to the practicality, style and space of the Mazda3. The popular Mazda3 benefits from award-winning SKYACTIV technology, delivering excellent driving dynamics, fuel efficient technology and low CO2 emissions. The popular hatchback is available in a choice of trim levels, from the SE to the Sport Nav, plus the special edition Sport Black, which is available for £20,995.
During his ownership of the Mazda3, Olympic champion Matt will also enjoy MZD-Connect, Mazda’s infotainment and connectivity system, which provides access to a range of features and applications, including internet radio, integrated Bluetooth, DAB digital radio and an integrated navigation system.
